Introducing Harmonic’s New Dashboard
Our latest update provides unprecedented visibility into your data protection landscape empowering you to demonstrate the impact of security initiatives for adopting GenAI.
1. Data Protection Summary
With the “Data Protection Summary” reporting component, you can track how sensitive data exposures are decreasing, while GenAI adoption is simultaneously increasing. This will enable you to show how the security program is enabling innovation within the business without compromising sensitive data.
In purple, you can see how many prompts with sensitive data were submitted, and in green, you can see how many employees removed sensitive data due to Harmonic interventions.
2. Data Protection Breakdown
Most GenAI tools do not have sufficient logs, which can leave security teams blind to their use and associated risks.
In the “Data Protection Breakdown” component, you can quickly visualize how often employees are using GenAI tools, as well as how much of this is sensitive.
The funnel has five layers:
- Prompts: The total number of prompts submitted by all employees
- Sensitive Data Detections: The total number of prompts that contained sensitive data
- Harmonic Interventions: The number of intervention modals displayed to employees
- Employee Resolutions: The number of prompts addressed by employees to remove sensitive data
- Sensitive Data Exposures: The number of prompts submitted with sensitive data
3. Top Applications
Identify critical areas of focus by ranking applications and employees by data detection to data exposure risk. At the bottom of the page is the Top Applications by Detections component.
Here you can see the top apps associated with data exposure. Each app card profiles a snapshot of the number of sensitive data detections, the number of exposures, and trends over time. Furthermore, we will include if the application trains on your data.
