This month, we’ve been working hard to release a huge number of new features. These make managing and protecting your sensitive data as easy as it's ever been.
Enrich Identity Data with Okta and Google Workspace
First up, we've added two additional identity integrations to the platform for enriching employee data. While this was already possible with our Entra ID integration, you can now connect Harmonic to your Okta or Google Workspace.
With these integrations, you can filter and group by department or office location throughout the platform. This makes it easier to spot trends and understand how different employees are engaging with AI. Whether you’re tracking adoption or just exploring usage patterns, it’s quick and easy to get the insights you need. Some of the security teams we work with also use these reports within their AI team meetings, demonstrating visibility they would not otherwise have.
Both integrations take minutes to set up, and the added value is massive!

New Models; New Detections
Our next big change within the platform is the release of several new detection types for inline intervention. Just this month, we have added detections for thirteen (!) new models:
- Legal Discourse
- Proprietary Source Code
- Access Keys
- Settlement and Dispute Resolutions
- Private Credit Agreements
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Financial Projections
- Security Incident Reports
- Investment Portfolio
- Sales Pipeline
- Employment Records
- Billing & Payment Information
- Customer Authentication
The team has been hard at work ensuring that these models are as accurate as possible, but also that they are fast-enough to sit inline. While the majority of these are applicable to a wide range of industries, you’ll notice some of these (such as Legal Discourse, M&A, and investment portfolio) are particularly well-suited to our legal and financial services customers.

Automate Workflows and Enforce Policy with the Configuration Designer
Enforcement of AI usage policies often eludes security teams, lacking the granularity to be truly effective. With our ‘Configuration Designer’, you can create policies based on specific users, data types, and the applications that matter most to you.

Once your conditions are set, you decide the outcomes. Want to block certain inputs entirely? No problem. Prefer to monitor activity without disrupting the employee experience? You can do that, too. We've designed this to be as intuitive as possible, making it as easy as possible to enforce your AI usage policies without unnecessary complexities.
Prompt Data in Webhooks
Finally, webhooks have received an upgrade. Many customers use our webhooks to integrate Harmonic alerts seamlessly into their existing tools and workflows. This month, we’ve added the prompt data itself to the webhook, which will enable you to have additional context in whichever tool you integrate Harmonic with.
